Our AI Service usually takes a few minutes to process your request. The eMessage is sent immediately, but arrival in your inbox varies depending on the agency and tablet eMessage procedures. If a response is long, it will be automatically split into multiple eMessages.

With the $25/month subscription, members can send unlimited AI requests. Each eMessage can contain up to 20,000 characters and 5 images per tablet eMessage limits. eMessage stamp rates plus one response stamp apply for AI response eMessages. All support and service eMessages are at no cost to you.

No. Only you (the member) can see your requests and responses. Service Representatives never read your messages - they only pass them to our AI system for processing. Your sponsor cannot see your messages unless you choose to share them.

No, all eMessage AI Requests are sent directly to KiteAI Service Representatives via tablet eMessage who pass them on to an AI system which routes them to the optimal AI Service to answer the Request. Then KiteAI delivers the AI Support Response directly to your tablet eMessage Inbox. All eMessages are sent/received from KiteAI, not from your sponsor.
