Getting Started

- Compose Your First Request: On your SECURUS tablet, open the eMessage app and start a new message to your KiteAI Service Representative Contact. Type your question clearly, for example:

Our AI Service usually takes a few minutes to process your request. The eMessage is sent
immediately, but arrival in your inbox varies depending on the facility and SECURUS procedures.
If a response is long, it will be automatically split into multiple eMessages.
