Getting Started
- Visit www.kiteai.net and press the Get Started button
- Add your incarcerated loved one as a Contact using their SECURUS information
- Purchase a $25/month subscription for them
- They'll receive a welcome eMessage with instructions to get started

standard eMessage system. No new apps or complicated steps required.
- Make Sure You're Set Up: Have a friend or family member visit www.kiteai.net to click the Get Started button, add you as a Contact, and purchase your subscription.

Compose Your First Request: On your SECURUS
tablet, open the eMessage app and start a new message to your
KiteAI Service Representative Contact. Type your question
clearly, for example:
- "List the top 10 books about living off the grid. Include publisher, author, price, ratings and summaries."
- "Get Wikipedia article on Canada, including history, culture, and government."
- "IMAGE: A photo of Mona Lisa having breakfast with Leonardo Da'Vinchi"
- Send Your eMessage: Review your request and send it as you would to any other Contact. Standard SECURUS stamps are required.
- Wait for Your Response: Your request will be handled by your KiteAI Service Rep and routed for processing immediately. Delivery time varies due to SECURUS and facility review process.
- Explore and Ask More: Try different types of requests: research, creative writing, sports stats, social media updates, images, and more!

The eMessage is sent immediately, but arrival in your inbox varies
depending on the facility and SECURUS procedures. If a response is
long, it will be automatically split into multiple eMessages.
With the $25/month subscription, residents can send unlimited AI
requests. Each eMessage can contain up to 20,000 characters and 5
images per SECURUS limits. Standard SECURUS stamp rates apply for sending and receiving

Inbox. All eMessages are sent/received from KiteAI, not from your
family or friends.
